1.    Log in our DomainPlus Billing system via https://billing.domainplus.com.my/client/clientarea.php 

 


2.     Locate Support PIN area at top left corner.





3.    Click Generate new PIN if you do not have a PIN yet.


 



4.    It will show your current PIN. Keep it safe!


 



5.    Provide the PIN to Support member that handle your chat for verification purpose.
